At Guard Nest, your satisfaction and your baby's safety are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want every family to shop with complete confidence. Please read our policy below carefully.
🛡️ 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused or lightly tested on baby
- In clean, resellable condition
- Returned with original packaging and all included components
We cannot accept returns for items that show:
- Visible wear, damage, or soiling
- Stains, odors, or signs of washing
- Missing parts, straps, or original packaging
⚠️ Important Note About Our Products
Guard Nest products are safety items designed for infants and toddlers. Because of the nature of baby safety gear:
- Minor packaging variations may occur between batches
- Slight differences in fabric print placement are normal and not considered defects
- All helmets and backpacks are quality-checked before shipping
These are not grounds for a return or refund.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video evidence of the defect
If approved, we will offer:
- A free replacement shipped to you
- Or a full refund to your original payment method
⚠️ Damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or accidents after delivery is not covered.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
⚠️ Guard Nest is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
- If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and submit a return request
📦 Additional Conditions
- This policy applies only to orders placed at guardnest.store
- We do not accept returns from third-party marketplaces or resellers
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for lost-package refunds
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes
